Houser & Son, LLC Chillicothe Ohio review: 1976 international 674

I bought the above described tractor approximately the first week of April and the tractor was delivered to me on the 21st of April. I had various phone conversations with Dillon at Houser implement prior to buying the tractor asking questions about it because I live over 700 miles from the dealership and told him I needed to know if there were any issues with the tractor. Dillon told me it had some scratches dings and dents but he said there were no other issues. I asked him if the parking brake works and he told me it did. His tractor house ad description states (Nice old tractor. Runs and drives good. Everything functions like it should). The parking brake does not work and none of the lights work. I feel it was falsely advertised. He was very firm on his price so I feel it should have been fully functional as advertised
