Housepffraser review: IT luggage item no 722135/69/140

I had to purchase this online as the store would not order it .On the illustration it shows an ISA Lock also pocket on the front when I collected said item it did not have either of these. I had to pay delivery fees plus my 20mile travel to collect. I feel that I should be reimbursed for my expenses as this is misinterpreted on your part.
