Hotpoint review: Repairs person not turning up then saying no one in

Today 20th February had an appointment between 12.30 and 3.30 to repair fridge freezer under warranty for my father have camera footage and 3 people where in the front room next to door and a dog that barks if anyone comes in the gates nobody attended then get a text saying no one was in i can assure you they were . Noone came to this house when I called back phone was on hold and kept getting cut off no answer when finally got through person says that department now closed and they czn do nothing and im to call tomorrow at 8.30 am i shall also be taking action for loss of eanings for another day as well
