Horizon Services replaced my sewer line on January 16th 2025. This involved them installing new piping running through our wall and resealing around the pipe. A few days later the pipe was leaking into our house. I have been calling for almost a month. We have been scheduled and canceled on multiple times. I have been promised that Corey, the plumbing manager, will call back, but he never does. Will need to hire another service to correct Horizon's problem. Then will take them to court to get reimbursed on the shotty work. They say they have a 20 year warranty, but it hasn't been 30 days.
