I would like to say I have only been living in this complex for a few months now and all it is is problems. First no air conditioning for two weeks, no hot water, a line of credit opened in my name which is fraud and criminal and to top it off I have Roaches. Unbelievable! Also have to pay fees for my bills that I pay for because they decide to take it upon themselves to put all apartments together to split bills. Amazing. I am so sorry I made a mistake. But with gods grace and mercy I will see victory. This has given me so much anxiety and depression! One day at a time and everything will be prosecuted to the fullest.
Claimed loss: Whole apartment furnishings Mental Anguish Security deposit has to be returned to organization that lended it to me. Loss of life !!
Desired outcome: I would like lease termination and monies paid for loss of whole apartment furnishings.
