Hope Gas and Equitrans review: Natural gas service

Our meter is owned and maintained by Hope Gas but the gas line is owned by Equitrans. We have been without gas to supply heat to our home since December 23rd. The companies have been notified several times by several of our neighbors and no remedy seems to be available. This comes at a time when temperatures are frigid and extreme. The Governor of WV had just the day before proclaimed an Emergency State of Preparedness for the entire state of WV due to the weather and temperatures. These companies surely were not prepared and have yet to remedy the issue to supply gas to our homes for heat.
