Hong Leong Bank review: Customer service officer/ cash deposit machine

This morning, I have deposited RM12, 000.00 through their Cash Deposit Machine. I put in the RM12, 000.00 cash and machine calculated with a correct amount, once I press confirm button. The machine suddenly came out a message "ATM OUT OF SERVICE". I did not manage to get hold of any receipt.

I tried to seek help from an Indian lady officer (seated 2 places away from number machine), but she just asked me press 5 (Others) at the numbers machine. In less than 10 minutes, the machine back to normal. FYI, there have 5 machines, this is the middle Cash Deposit machine.
I was telling her that she should stop other customers using the same machine, she just can't be bother and asked me wait for my number to be attended by cashiers at counters.

I have experienced rejected by this particular branch cashiers that we need to use cash deposit machine for RM10, 000.00 and below transaction. On last occasion, a cashier rejected me at counter transaction with RM10, 000.00 deposit.

If your branch has a lousy cash deposit machine, do not implement RM10, 000.00 and below deposits using your machine. Not satisfy with your 'tak apa-apa' customer service attitude. I did not see anyone coming out to check on your machine even after I highlighted to your cashier.

I was left with no receipt, only a verbal confirmation from your cashier the deposit was sucdessful. There's nothing she can do about it.
