I received the part in the mail on 6/09/2025 at 8.45 pm and opened the package to verify the part. I did not use the part because no longer needed and submitted an RMA request on 6/14/2025 (within 5 business days). My request was denied because I opened the package.
I have been buying the parts for years and never requested an RMA. It is not fair that you can not return the part just because the package is open. How am I supposed to check the part without opening it.
