i wanted to complaint about homemex a/c service.
bad customer interaction and service is not good. whats needs to be done hasn't been done.
also will not give a refund for the bad service.
i agree with you mr. paul tan. i too am from jurong west area, block 940. what you have experienced is the same kind of service i got from them.
is there any agency in singapore that handles the kind of complaints that we have?
mr. alvin tang from homemex, is very arrogant, the kind of guy who knows everything about airconditioning but cant do nothing but promises. pricey on the kind of services that he offers. servicing equipment nothing but a brush and some detergent.
hope we can lodge a complaint on this company.

I am totally agree with all the reviewer..have same bad experience from Homemex aircon servicing. After servicing for 2 weeks one of my aircon is leaking and tried to contact Mr Alvin but always giving me empty promises.
I would also like to complain about this company..pls dont do services with Homemex aircon services. I am from Punggol block 615A
I am one of Homemex Aircond Services customer in Jurong West area. Servicing was carried out and found that one aircond in one of my common room is not working. They promise to get the spare parts for me and i am also willing to pay the extra labour for changing the parts. 5 months have pass and the in charge Mr Alvin Tang keep on saying that the parts could not be found. I decided to call Fujitsu myself and found out that the parts are readily available and it only cost SGD55. What kind of nonsence is this? i try to contact the Mr Alvin and what could you expect more?.. no respond. This kind of services should not be encourage to continue on. Please address this issue seriously.
