I am appalled at the rude service at corpus christi location sommer mello and norma schultz need to find another career. Most unprofessional individuals I've ever met. Mrs schulz smacked my daughters hand when she touch the glass after being wiped down on a display case. Mrs mellos not answering me when I asked about out of stock items. I was directly ignored. Then Mrs schulz sprayed me with windex. How rude is that. Good bye james avery. Never again.

I don't at ALL believe this complaint. I worked at this location for a long time, with both ladies, and they are amazing. As is the company. Don't believe this lady, she was probably rude and just upset that the store didn't have what she wanted and therefore embellished things so she would have someone to place the blame on.
