Home Solutions with Nipsco review: Service call for furnace

I have been a customer of Home Solutions for many years. I have only used their service once.Recently my furnace developed a vibrating noise when the air conditioner is running. I called Home Solutions and set up an appointment .When the appointment day arrived they didn't show or call.I called again set up another appointment . Guess what they didn't show or call. I called them again and was told there was no record of a repair order being put in.Even though I was given confirmation numbers and names of the people that I talked to supposedly they had no record of me calling. On the third call I was told it would be close to 3 weeks before they could come out. When I questioned the representative why it would take so long I was told you need to understand it's the weather.I placed 3 phone calls in the same week to this company with no results.

Don't waste your money.They are not reputable.
