Will not honor their contract. 2 technicians they sent said rebuild or replace our standing freezer. hsc agreed to replace. then said later that they were deciding to make us a cash offer in lieu of replacing freezer. they offered $400. the freezer is 3 times that. they said if we are challenging their cash offer, go to a certain website and begin the process. when we did, the website didnt work. now they are ignoring our phone calls-we leave messages. all promised returned calls within 24 hrs, promises by their answering people- for a specially assigned claim monitor never happen. It's been a month or more now. please help.
