Crooked, Unscrupulous Home Service Club!

I took out and paid upfront for a service warranty for the year in August 2022. In Oct I made a service request and was told that a technician would come out to my residence. I waited. Days turned into weeks, no response and no technician. I called Home Service Club and they told me they were still looking for a technician for my Heating/Cooling system. Several days later, I got an email saying a technician was coming on 11/4/22 between 3pm and 8pm. It was a no-call, no-show. I called Home Service Club and requested my account be closed and my money be refunded. They asked for a little more time because they were working on my case. Again, I waited. Nothing happened after a whole week. I called again and requested my account be closed and my money refunded. A male representative assured me he closed my account and processed my refund; and would send me a confirmation email. No email came so about three days later, I followed up only to find out that my account was still opened and no refund was processed. I spoke with a female supervisor on or about 11/21/22 and requested my 100% refund because all they did was lied, deceived, and dishonored their service agreement. She refused to give me my 100% refund. I told her the company did nothing for me and therefore did not deserve any of my money. There are very many complaints out there about Home Service Club on TrustPilot.com and I only found out after the fact. But I am trying to prevent other unsuspecting consumers like myself from falling victims of unscrupulous companies like Home Service Club. They refused to refund my money. I wonder how it is that a Class Action Lawsuit has not yet been filed again Home Service Club?
