I rang this company for advice as to whether it was the battery or the machine preventing my Vax cordless vacuum from working. I was charged £1.00 and I was then offered further advice at any time for £30 per month, but I declined as my query had been answered and I wasn't sure if I was going to continue using my Vax vacuum cleaner or not.
I now find this company have been taking an unauthorised £30 per month from my bank account, a total of £90 to date.
Desired outcome: Remove my details from their database/files and give me a full refund.
