Hello, My name is Tony Bobet I reside at 1710 Seward Avenue, apartment 5g, Bronx, New York City 10473. I am file an complaint to Home Furniture: Furniture and Carpet the location is 1929 Westchester Avenue, Bronx, New York City 10462. On Friday, October 4, 2024, I went to buy a pantry. When I finish with the buying the item I text my brother that I have bought the item from 12 to 1 pm. I received an text from him. He told that deliver the closet and I was confused of the matter. When I return home I saw the item it's was no pantry. I unwrap the item (closet). The item about 72" tall and it's have two doors. I open the door with the keys. One side door open not the left side one. I went to call the store and I was told that I can't get my money back. I tell her that you put it together that you got from the display. I didn't believe her of what she was saying.
I took a look at the receipt that she didn't charge me for the setup and the sale taxes that is required by law to charge me these things. And, the delivery was free she didn't charge for that.
P.s. I pay in cash.
Claimed loss: I lost $220.00 for item that I wanted.
Desired outcome: I want my money back.
