having been a H&B customer for many years and have monthly subscriptions the way I have been treated is just not right. Your customer services in South Africa just don’t want to listen. At 9.30am this morning they said that I would receive a call from the UK personal within 30 minutes, now 50 minutes later nothing. Please call before 12 noon today otherwise, I will close my account and make your service well know. I know I sound angry and I am this is not what I am used to from your company and it’s very sad.
