Holiday Living & Design review: Lighted polar bears

Nov 2018-present... 2 sets of lighted polar bears purchased from lowes in canada. Item #0595124. Model w12y0628 holiday living 2-piece twinkling polar bear outdoor decoration.
Within 3 months of purchase they all stopped working. They are only outside in winter nov-march, then inside. I have since 3 months old been constantly bringing in and tediously replacing faulty bulbs that cause them to stop working. This has been done anywhere from 3-6 times per bear and currently only second season out! Insane! People have lighted items for decades and no issues! Now only second season and 1 out of 4 bears work! And the 3 not working again is not the fuses, nor the bulbs, even electrician has no clue. Should not be having this problem. Lowes given me run around for the entire last year and into this. Told to contact the manufacturer holiday living but it doesn't seem to exist. Even lowes cant provide any contact info? How do they buy and sell these items from this company when they frankly dont seem to exist? Beyond mad! The bears are super cute! Love them but need them to work and shouldn't have this amount of issues!
