I told them to stop calling me, but they keep calling me anyways. They keep calling my phone for someone else's home that I don't live in or own. I just want them to stop calling me. I never used their services and don't plan to.

I first reached out to SemperSolaris, but turns out it was a scam. In February 2022, I contacted SS ***, who claimed to be a SOLARIS SOLAR rep but was actually misrepresenting Semper Solaris. I paid over $1000 for a scheduled inspection, which was completed late February. Andrew messaged me saying that the plans were approved and permits were paid in March 2022, and that construction would start in two weeks. However, I never heard from him again until late April when I mentioned planning a vacation. He didn't respond. I made a claim on a website (which I can't find now) and let *** know that I was unhappy. He contacted me the next day saying that the plans were not approved and permits were not paid. I was confused because that wasn't what he had said before. He made excuses, saying that the county was behind by five weeks, but I told him to cancel because no work had been done as he had promised. Later, the contractor Robin called me and said that he knew about the issues between me and Semper Solaris, and that he had all the parts and could install the system without permits. This was strange because *** had previously messaged me saying that the plans had passed and permits were paid in March 2022. Now in April/May, the contractor was doing work without plans and permits? Later, I received a call from Highland Energy (which I thought was Semper Solaris again) and Elizabeth pleaded with me on May 11, 2022, to allow them to talk to me to resolve this misunderstanding. But there was no misunderstanding - *** lied. Solaris Solar is a predatory company that pretends to be Semper Solaris. The rep blatantly lied and then tried to cover it up. They also coerced the contractor to install without getting permits, and finally tried to convince me to give them a chance because they worked so hard. The last message I got from *** was that they rushed to get the plans approved and permits paid, and that if there was any money left, it would be refunded. But what they really did was rush everything so they could charge me. I want a total refund.
