High Class Auto Sales I bought the car on March 5th

I bought the car on March 5th. The headlight wasn't working when I bought it, so the car lot said they would fix or replace it in the contract. I've been there more than 7 times, but they still haven't fixed the problem. I've called and sent text messages, but the owner says he couldn't find the light. I even took the car to the dealership and got an estimate for the repair, which they can do, but High Class Auto agreed to pay for it in full according to the contract when I purchased the car. Now, he refuses to do so.

High Class Auto Sales I bought an Audi A5 from High Class Auto Sales and boy, did I have problems the very next day!

I bought an Audi A5 from High Class Auto Sales and boy, did I have problems the very next day! I wanted to return the car and cancel the loan, but they told me I wouldn't get my deposit back. Can you believe that? It's been 6 months now, and guess what? More issues! I've got an oil leak, problems with the cooling system performance, a malfunctioning oil pressure switch, a messed up catalytic converter, turbo/supercharger underperforming, and issues with the evap emission. And that's not all! There's also some minor body damage, a broken gas cap, a seat control that doesn't work, and the mesh on the moon roof is ripped. Can you believe the nerve of these guys? I paid good money for a lemon! I wanted a different car that was in better shape, but they totally misled me and ripped me off.

High Class Auto Sales I just got a car from a dealership, it's a 2014 ***

I just got a car from a dealership, it's a 2014 ***. The car was supposed to be fine, but I received it with an engine light on, maintenance needed, a damaged back bumper, and non-functional headlights. These are just a few of the many problems I didn't know the car had, yet they still sent it to me. I've been trying to contact the dealership, but every time I'm told the owner is busy. However, today on April third, I finally spoke to the owner. As I was explaining the issues with the car, he rudely told me to f*** off and hung up. I've only had the car for a week, and he refuses to take any responsibility for it. I really need some help.

High Class Auto Sales I bought a used car from High Class Auto Sales, which was advertised as having no major problems

I bought a used car from High Class Auto Sales, which was advertised as having no major problems. However, when I took my Mercedes Benz e350 to the Mercedes Benz dealership in Sacramento, they informed me that the transmission mount was out. Additionally, two of the struts were completely broken and the brakes were in bad condition. Furthermore, three of the rims on the car were completely bent, causing the tires to bend as well. As a result, the car is undrivable and vibrates after reaching a certain speed. Moreover, the steering wheel was off center, necessitating a wheel alignment. Despite the sunroof fixing being mentioned in the contract, I never received a date to come back and have it fixed, which has made me lose trust in their service. Furthermore, I had to pay for the bumper part in the front out of my own pocket, even though it was supposed to be included in the contract. To make matters worse, the horn on my car doesn't even work and there's a dent that was not pointed out during the sale.

High Class Auto Sales I bought a 2010 Audi A5 from High Class Auto Sales on September 26th

I bought a 2010 Audi A5 from High Class Auto Sales on September 26th. The car had 74k miles on it. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing issues with the car ever since I drove it off the lot. The owner, ***, assured me that if I had any problems, he would take care of them. However, when I got home, I noticed that the car was leaking oil and the sensor lights were on.

I decided to bring the car back to the owner. He had the car for about 5 days and claimed that he had fixed the issues. But when I got home again, I realized that the car was still leaking oil and the sensor lights were still on. Frustrated, I took the car to a mechanic who informed me that I needed to replace the valve cover gasket. This repair cost me $1011.99.

According to ***, he had already replaced the oil pan gasket, oil pump, and oil pressure switch. However, despite these repairs, I am still unable to drive the vehicle due to the same problems that were supposed to be fixed.

High Class Auto Sales I bought a car from High Class Auto on 4/22

I bought a car from High Class Auto on 4/22. I paid 11K in cash and the car was advertised as in great shape and ready to go. When I was at the dealership, I inquired about two cars, a Mercedes and an Audi. They showed me the Mercedes, but never the other car. As soon as I drove off the lot, the car I purchased started having issues. I texted them about the noise in the front end, but they apologized and said they would get back to me during business hours. Later, when I turned off the car after getting gas, the light sensors came on and I had no headlights. The owner claimed he wasn't responsible because it was sold "as is." I understood that, but it wasn't right for him to say nothing was wrong when he knew there was, as he had driven the car back in. After about 75 miles, the engine light came on, so I had a shop run a diagnostic. It wouldn't pass the smog test like this. They refuse to fix it or offer any assistance, simply saying, "oh well."

High Class Auto Sales I went to High Class Auto Sales to buy a 2016 Sierra white pickup truck

I went to High Class Auto Sales to buy a 2016 Sierra white pickup truck. The advertisements claimed that the truck was in perfect running condition. During the paperwork process, I repeatedly asked the sales representative if the truck was as listed. He assured me that everything was fine and there was no need to test drive it. I trusted his word and proceeded with the purchase, putting down a $3,000 deposit.

However, as I was about to head home, I noticed a loud clunk coming from the transmission area and the rear wheels were wobbling. I immediately returned to the dealership twice, hoping for assistance. Unfortunately, the owner was very upset and unwilling to help. He told us that since we had already signed the paperwork, the truck was now ours and wished us good luck. We left the truck at the lot, disappointed and frustrated.

The truck was advertised for $41,000, but it was not as described and had multiple issues. This incident occurred on Sunday, October 18. The following day, Monday, October 19, we went back to the dealership and informed the owner that we wanted to cancel the contract. We even offered to pay any fees associated with breaking the contract. However, the owner became extremely angry and told us to leave. He threatened to keep our $3,000 deposit as well.

Despite the situation, the owner prepared a document stating the facts, which we both signed. Nothing had been sent to the DMV or the bank yet, so all the paperwork was still in their possession. It was disheartening to realize that I had lost $3,000 simply because I refused to purchase a broken truck for $41,000, which I couldn't even drive off the lot.

High Class Auto Sales On July 18, I bought a 2014 Audi Q7S line from High Class Auto Sales in Rancho Cordova, California

On July 18, I bought a 2014 Audi Q7S line from High Class Auto Sales in Rancho Cordova, California. During the test drive, the car had a TPMS warning light on. I asked the dealer about it, and he said it was because of the aftermarket rims on the car. He claimed that the car couldn't sense them since they weren't the original tires, but assured me it was not a problem. The car was advertised as being in great running order with no issues. I paid $14,000 in cash as a down payment and was to pay an additional $5,000, making a total of $19,000. The final payment was due on September 1, and the dealership carried the loan.

On my way home from the dealership, the car suddenly jerked violently, and the TPMS warning light started flashing. Along with that, the stability control light, airbag light, ABS light, assistive light control, and parking brake light also came on. According to the manual, when all these lights are on, it means that the car's systems are malfunctioning, and it goes into Limp mode for safety. On July 13, I called the dealership to inform them about the breakdown, but the owner told me that since I bought the car "as is," it was my problem. He didn't care about my driving or how I treated the car and hung up on me. Subsequent calls to him went unanswered.

I took the car to a repair shop, and the mechanic identified two problems. Firstly, the aftermarket rims were not approved by Audi, so the sensors in the tires couldn't communicate with the computer, causing the computer to malfunction and throw error codes for various systems like stability control, airbags, ABS, etc. Secondly, the OEM computer for the car was going bad, likely due to its placement under the windshield where it gets wet. The mechanic confirmed that these issues were present before I bought the car and were not caused by my driving. A new computer for the Audi costs $2,000 plus labor, and new rims and tires could cost anywhere between $1,000 and $4,000.

The mechanic was able to reset the computer and clear the error codes, allowing me to drive the car for three days until it went back into Limp mode. He cleared the codes again, and I could drive it for another four days before the same issue occurred. Both visits to the mechanic cost me a total of $650. The second time the car went into Limp mode, I had to have it towed, which cost me $120. After the second time, I took it to a different repair shop, but they couldn't clear the codes completely. They made it drivable for about two days, but then it went back into full Limp mode and is now undrivable.

I paid $14,000 to High Class Auto Sales for a car that I have only been able to drive a few times. Additionally, on September 1, I was supposed to make a payment of $5,000 to the dealership. They requested that I send the money via Venmo, but they haven't provided any information on how to do so. I have tried calling and emailing them, but they haven't responded. The dealer emphasized that I must make the payment, or he would repossess the car, causing me to lose the $14,000 I already paid. Since I can't contact them and the payment hasn't been made, I'm worried that they will show up and try to take the car. I live over two hours away from the dealership, and without a working car, I have no way to pay them in person. Moreover, Venmo is typically used by individuals, not businesses, so it seems suspicious that they want me to send money through that platform. It appears they are trying to avoid paying any associated fees.

I have made numerous attempts to contact the dealer, but they have not responded. I spent all my savings to buy this car and cannot afford the repairs needed to make it safe and drivable. As far as I know, California law requires buy here pay here dealers to offer a 30-day warranty on all vehicles they sell. Since I bought the car from High Class Auto Sales, and they carried the loan for the $5,000 payment, they should be considered a buy here pay here dealer, which means there should have been a warranty and they should have fixed the issues. At this point, I want them to take the car back and refund my money. The car was advertised as having no mechanical problems, driving great, and having almost brand new aftermarket tires. However, it doesn't run at all, and the aftermarket tires are not approved for this car.
