I purchase a Xiaomi TV in December 2020 at carnival mall. I took it to Northrand Rd. HiFi corp on the 29/06/2021 as it was not working. They send it in for repairs and I to rec it on the 2707/21. Came home with it was still not working. I then took it to Carnival Mall, Brakpan and the scent UT in. The customer care agent called me on the 20/08/21 as it came back from the work shop. She checked it and it is still not working. She called the technician and he said she must send it back again. It's 2 months now
I want my money back as it is under warranty. I will never shop again at HiFi corp as the service is disgusting. I have to run after my TV box which cost a lot and they can't fix
