Hertz-Broadview Illinois review: Car rental

I am still waiting for my lost and found items. I rented a vehicle to do business and it was dirty. Not to mention I couldn’t drive for a few days because the Ap wasn’t loaded on it. And when I try to call by phone they wouldn’t pick up. The drive is a hour plus away. Had to deal with loss of air pressure on multiple tires. And got a flat! But before then I reserved an SUV got a Tesla. After driving it home. I had to constantly put air in it finally I fixed the tired. Then the second one started doing the same. I had to buy cleaning supplies and carpet to cover the dirty floors. One day I went to charge it, pulled into a gas station for air. It wouldn’t let me. I went to a Walmart they couldn’t fix it. It eventually got towed to a pep boys that was a Saturday. They said I couldn’t drive it until Monday. Monday came around. And pepboys said they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t have the tire. I spoke to a Manager at the Broadview location she said the car will get towed there and they can fix it. They sent a Lyft for me and on my way there I got a call that said it’s going to a different area which by the way is closer. After I spoke to her and told them what was told to me they verified it and said it was coming to Broadview. I waited till 5 pm and asked the young guy can he check to see why the car wasn’t there. It got towed to the Desplaines area. I said why no one call me or this location. Then I was informed to file a lost and file claim. I spoke to the manager who said she would contact me and get my items back. I received no call and called many many times and got no help. They even once left me on hold until the phone hung up. Never answered the phone anymore for the entire day!
