We had our AC “serviced”on May 20, 2026 and was incomplete. We’ve used Heritage in the past and we don’t have an outside water source and Heritage has come prepared with water to clean the A/C. Today the technician came and has no water and told me the A/C service wasn’t competed and she couldn’t finish the job. We discussed this and she stated she would consult with her boss and then reschedule. I paid the fee/annual membership of approximately $260 bucks thinking they would call because the service was incomplete and work was needed according to the invoice and conversation.
We called back to schedule when we didn’t hear back and first they said it would take 2 months. When we explained the situation again they got back to us and said they could come in a week and it would be $1300 dollars.
I will now contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. This is poor business.
Recommendation: Do not use them. Find a better company.
