I ordered 3 family box meals for 2 ((+1 for 4 people) in Hello Fresh. They delivered on 25th of June on my neighbors, stayed for 2 hours in the sun when the neighbor saw and gave to me.
Two days later, Sunday 28th of June, I went to cook the meal for 4, the tacos, i noticed that all the dry ingredients had not come. Then noticed that this is was the case for all meals.
I contacted Hello Fresh to see what the options, after 20 mins, in the chat, the team member told i had to send a full list for the 4 meals of all missing and extra ingredients.
This is unacceptable, the reason one buys this boxes is to save time. I mentioned that all the ingredients were here for them to pick up and sort out the issues and the list and not for me to sort out for Hello Fresh.

A refund was the reasonable outcome to be offered by Hello Fresh.
