Monday January 24th, 2022 - I started to research for lunches for my boss. We already order from elsewhere but I was researching other options. In order to have a full look at the menus, I had to create a profile which also included having to put in my credit card information to see the menus. I pursued doing that only to further my request. I clicked on certain options only to realize this is not for us. This requires a bit of preparation and also an oven or stove top. That being said, I abolished the idea. There must have been certain things in my basket but nowhere did I click anywhere that says "place order".
Tuesday & Wednesday January 26th & 27th, I continued to receive your emails offering promotions but I took no interest in them.
Today Monday January 31st, I received an order for something that I did not place. The items which remained in my basket were automatically charged and delivered. I did not agree to this order. I want a full refund. I was willing to return the goods but your customer service confirmed that they do not accept any food being returned.
All I ask is for my refund of $28.93. This is regarding order number [protected].
I find that the set-up for looking at your menus deceiving by having to put in our information prior to looking at your options. Not cool...!
Desired outcome: Refund $28.93
