Heated Wear review: Return the jacket and battery and receive a full refund

Dec 6th 2021 I purchased on line a heated jacket with a battery (order 1614) as a gift for my nephew that I was going to see before Christmas. I paid 26.99 for the battery, 59.99 for the jacket and 19.98 for expedited 3-6 day shipping total of $106.96 so I would have it in time. The jacket was being delivered and the tracking number that showed on the website would not pull up any information. I tried calling and emailing several times but they would not respond, I had to purchase my nephew another jacket from a different company which was delivered on time. I have been asking for a refund, the jacket has never been opened and is still in the original package same as the battery The name of the company is
