Heart to Heart Counseling LLC/ LCSW Dr. Natasha Wright review: Non profit 501c3 paperwork preparation and filling

I hired Dr. Natasha Wright in January 2021 to prepare and file incorporation and 501C3 documents. The total price of her services was $1500.00, which she was cashapp $1175.00. I was charged $300.00 minus filing fees for the preparation of the incorporation from the State of Connecticut. The remaining balance was for the 501C3. On 03/03/2022 Ms. wright emailed documents from the IRS that needed to be created by me she also stating I would need to create other documents as well. Due to inadequacy on 03/09/2022 her services was canceled and a refund was requested minus the $300.00 for her services of the incorporation portion. Dr. Wright then cashapp $500.00 stating she is keeping the extra $375.00 for services rendered. I then reached and asked her what services was rendered please send a itemized bill to find out she has blocked me. Dr. Wright was paid $300.00 for her work that she rendered preparing the incorporation part.
