Last Thursday, on February 28, 2024, I visited Watsons to purchase medication prescribed by my doctor. However, my experience was marred by the extremely disrespectful behavior of one of your employees, Emerson John Tallod. Despite simply asking a question, we were met with disdain and rude behavior. His responses were not only unhelpful but also condescending, as if we were being scolded for daring to inquire. This type of treatment is completely unacceptable and does not align with the standard of customer service expected from Watsons. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior from a representative of your establishment, and I hope that steps will be taken to address this issue promptly.

Bought some products worth 1100, I have 2, 1000 bills, upon paying the product I wanted to purchase those bills I have went money detector (they see some pink thread but missing pink thread on the pearl) so they asked me if I have other bills, I asked them is it fake? They say its not really fake but it’s missing a thread. Those bills are fresh from atm machine (bdo). It’s offensive that they can’t authenticate my money - and the lady I spoke with is rude very insensitive, she asked questions that makes me uncomfortable.

Watsons Philippines is a website that you can buy stuff from. I tried to buy some stuff from them and it was a bad experience. They charged me twice for my order and I never got my money back. It was a big hassle and I don't recommend using their website.

I had to walk around the store for a while before I found what I was looking for. The prices were okay, but I noticed that some items were more expensive than other stores. The store was clean and organized, but it was a bit crowded. I had to wait in line for a while to pay for my items. Overall, my experience at Watsons Calumpang was okay, but I wish the staff were more attentive to customers.
