Pixel Magic systems introduced the high definition product MB100 (media box). Initial support and feedback was good as the product had some software bugs but in a short space of time thereafter, they became extremely quite. I've personally logged complaints on the forum and sent emails to their HQ - all being ignored. Whilst this company still sells other products, their ethics are shocking as they have taken peoples money and literally are just leaving everyone in the dark. These guys need to come to the party or they should be marketed and severally branded as a scam and rip-off artists that should not be supported. Just go onto the forum and see the plea for support and notice how "Pixel Magic Support" responses are "non existant"
