HBC On Line Shopping review: Delivery courier intelcom

Even after I requested The Bay ship to Canada Post safe pick up they instead used a courier by the name of Intelcom. Intelcom contacted me via e mail the night prior to delivery (December 16, 2022) asking for delivery instructions. Requested they call me upon delivery and provided my cell no. Stayed home all day the next day and received an e mail my packages would be delivered in 3 hours but no knock on door, no call and no buzz up from the lobby. Hours and hours later receive an e mail that my packages had been delivered (NOT) showing a picture. Picture may have been taken but so were my packages. The Bay's response to a 40+ year customer has been so sad, too bad. Call the police. I have spent probably $50,000 at this retailer over a lifetime and they will never see a penny from me again. I anticipate bankruptcy down the road for them as karma as you cannot continue in this manner and stay sustainable in the long term. Their Customer Service is atrocious and based out of Africa and after 3 disconnected calls have contacted my credit card company to request a chargeback.
