I have a complaint about my car that is still under warranty and I have been told that Haval SA doesn’t want to pay for it. I bought a Haval H2 on the 26 January 2021, after driving it for few months before it reached 15000 km the engine light came on I sent it to Eastvaal motors and it was fixed and when it was on 29000 km the same light came on I was told to bring it in for service, please take note that this is happening for the second time and it came back the light was off now it on 35000km and the engine light is on again I phoned Eastvaal motors and they asked me to bring the car now they phoned me this morning to say Havaal SA is refusing to pay for the catalytic converter that is blocked due to bad fuel and when I ask what is the definition of bad fuel because I only pour petrol from registered garages which is Engen, Total and Shell. Now the question is; if I don’t pour petrol in the car what am I supposed to pour for the car to be function again? This car is only one year old and still under warranty and now I must pay R25000 which I do not have for something that I do not even know or understand what is the cause thereof. Now they are telling me that they will talk to the dealer to find out if it indeed fuel and I must go the garages and tell them to pay for that blocked converter.

Desired outcome: I would like haval to sell to me a car that does not have defaults as I am still paying for this car, I do not want to be sent back and forth from a dealership to haval I just want a reliable car for my money
