Haval South Africa review: My haval h2 catalytic converter is missing after I took it to reeds

Good day. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I'm getting from Haval SA.
I phone Haval SA and emailed customer care on 3 April and I phone again today 13 April
The engine light came on 15 March, and i took the vehicle to N1 Reeds Haval for it to be checked.
They advised that the light went away while they were testing and told us it could have been battery.
2 days later, light was back on. We then took back to them to check again.
They advised that they were waiting on Haval to advise on the error code. We then finally got answer after 3 days from them that it is the catalytic converter is faulty.
They then advised that after lots of phone calls to them, that catalytic converter is missing. They then advised me to take back where it was bought.
This vehicle had 17703 km and has only gone in twice for the yearly service.
I then took it to Brackenfell Haval, who advised somebody opened up and took out the cat.
I stuck between two as nobody can take it out other than professional.
I need your assistance to resolve this issue as I can not pay fo something that nobody could possibly take out other than workshop.
This vehicle is under lock and key 24/7. The vehicle has been sitting in my garage for the past two weeks ...
I am using public transport ..
