Hatsan USA review: Escort magnum youth 20ga shotguns

I purchased two of these for my Scouts in 2025. They are not functioning correctly and commonly jam. I have been subsequently informed that this is a known issue. Our Scout council had to send 5 back to Hatsan for repair. I contacted Hatsan using the correct form and was notified that they will not help because for some reason the guns were manufactured 7 years ago. Since California started a restriction on advertising youth firearms or accessories, that is probably why. In any case, my guns don't work, and Hatsan apparently won't stand by it's warranty. This is despite my proof of purchase. The whole Scouting world is going to know about the quality issues and the lack or integrity to stand by firearms warranties. This is very disappointing.
