Buyer beware! I bought an AirTrack from inflatable-zone and it was the wrong size. They had me return it for a refund, but I never received a refund. After 6 months of emailing, texting and calls they kept telling me they would credit my account, but never did! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPNANY! THIS IS A FRADUALANT CO.

I recently ordered the beam track from Inflatable Zone, trying to switch up my workout routine as a personal trainer. To my utter disappointment, this product turned out to be an absolute waste of money. It's just a pathetic, blow up piece of junk that is nothing like what was advertised on the website. I feel completely cheated and misinformed by the product's description and visuals.

On top of that, trying to return the product is no piece of cake either. I've been trying to contact the company multiple times through email but have yet to receive a response. It seems like they are completely ignoring my requests to send back the product and refund me my money.

I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with Inflatable Zone's customer service and the quality of the product. The entire experience has been incredibly inconvenient, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I hope they address the issues I'm facing sooner rather than later, or I'll most certainly be forced to leave a poor review of their services going forward.
