Collectors row inc is a small business. It's literally a 2 man team. It took them a few days to address my issue with my order & I was starting to get frustrated. Then, Doc got in touch with me & he made everything right. The issue was a manufacturer defect that wasn't even their fault. Still, they did the work & made it right & I appreciate that. Have a little patience & they'll get the job done. I'm now a customer for life for the help that Doc & Collectors Row gave me. I highly recommend them!

This shop is a total scam, I'm telling you. I had a whopping $600 stolen from me and I can't even get in touch with anyone from the shop. I've sent countless emails and I haven't received a single reply. It's like they don't even care about their customers. Don't be fooled by their website, it's all a facade. They're just out to take your money and run. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Stay far away from Collectors Row if you value your hard-earned cash.

So, I decided to give Collectors Row a try and boy was I disappointed. I forked over a whopping $500 for a doll that I never even received. I've been trying to get in touch with them for months now, but it seems like they've gone completely MIA. I've tried every platform and phone number listed for the business, but to no avail. It's like they've completely vanished off the face of the earth.

Honestly, I'm not even sure what to do at this point. I feel like I've been scammed and there's nothing I can do about it. It's frustrating and disheartening to say the least. I just wish they would have been more transparent about their business practices and actually followed through on their promises.

Overall, I would not recommend Collectors Row to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. It's just not worth the risk.

I gotta say, I was a bit worried when I first ordered from Collectors Row. I mean, I've been burned before by other sites that promised me the world and then delivered a pile of garbage. But I really wanted to get my hands on a sideshow toy, and Collectors Row had the best price around. So I took a chance.

And boy, am I glad I did! When I got my order, everything was just perfect. The customer service was super friendly and helpful, and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I was especially worried about getting the manufacturer box, because I'm a stickler for that kind of thing. But Collectors Row came through for me - not only did I get the box, but it was packaged so carefully that there was no way it could get damaged in transit.

I'm definitely going to be ordering from Collectors Row again in the future. I mean, I've got a collection to build, and these guys seem like they really know what they're doing. Plus, it's always nice to find a company that actually cares about their customers. So if you're looking for a reliable place to buy collectibles, I'd definitely recommend giving Collectors Row a try. You won't be disappointed!
