Mr Imran Jutt and his team did fraud to us during the covid time 2020 and never return us with product we order or Funds. Attached companies based in China & Hong kong and we trasfere into there business accounts and they all invole in fraud. Can you please come with solution so we can get our money refund. If you do have any question please do not feel hesitate to contact. Dispute between SunnyFox Limited and Imran Jutt and his team.

During the Covid-19 Pandemic we approached a number of Health Care Foundations and informed them that we could purchase Protective Clothing for their foundations with a very short lead time. After getting certificates of performance from manufactures through Imran Jutt, we managed to secure orders for personal protective clothing for the NHS and other UK Health Care organisations in the UK.

Imran Jutt is not our only supplier, but he is the only one that has let us down, by not supplying the items on time or at all. After having to cancel the order for the surgical gowns as our customer had to cancel, as the guarantee delivery date passed by a large margin and our customer had to seek protective clothing elsewhere.

Out of the protective glasses and gowns, none of the items arrived when they should have. Although our client cancelled the orders for the gowns and the goggle’s we did manage to sell on the goggles to another of our customers but at a less profitable rate. There for helping our company to fullful a order and Imran Jutt as imran would have had to organise to receive the goggles back.

On 04/08/2020, we informed Imran Jutt that we were having to cancel the order for the gowns as our client had cancelled after failing to deliver on time.
We received confirmation by phone call from Imran saying that he would give our company a full refund for the Gowns, once the items had been returned to the factory’s that made them, which we have been told has arrived back to the factory’s.
After many phone calls with Imran stating that he would refund we are still waiting and now having to go down this route.
We are still waiting for a full refund the gowns at a cost of £65,082.83
The original orders to Imran Jutt were for:
40,000 Surgical Gowns = £61,000
Plus Delivery for Surgical Gowns = £4,082.83 – Freight Delivery
10,000 Goggles = £17,500
Delivery for Surgical Gowns = £2,500 - Freight Delivery

Imran is still telling us by phone that he is still waiting for his refund from the factory in order to give our company a refund.
Questions:
1: Payment to banks (with dates).
We transferred payment on 20/04/2020 Guizhou linfeng luggage co ltd account of £25,000.00. £5,000.00 deposit for surgical gown and £20,000.00 for goggles
2: 24/04/2020 we transferred £40,000 to Dragon Trading Ltd for 40,000 Surgical Gowns
2: 27/04/2020 we transferred him again another £11,000.00 into Dragon Trading Ltd trading for same 40,000 surgical gowns.
3: 18/06/2020 we transferred £5,000 into Honghan Trade Co Limited, trading account, however this was returned to us as the trading name was wrong.
4: 01/07/2020 we transferred again £5,000 to Honghan Trade HK Co Limited, trading account for the balance payment of 40,000 pieces for surgical gown.
5: 16/07/2020 we transferred £4082.83 into Honghan Trade HK Co Limited, trading account, for sea fright delivery for surgical gowns. Delivery expected date: 27/07/20
2: How Bank payments were rejected and why.
First 2 payment we did on 14/04/2020 £12,000 and 16/04/2020 for £8,000. Both payments were done to the same person into two different accounts which he said that was his wife’s account. However, they didn’t receive the payment because they had been transferred from our international business bank account to her personal account. A China business account can only receive these payments.
3: What products were you buying?
10,000 pieces for goggles and 40,000 pieces for surgical gowns.
4: What arrived and was it on time?
Goggles arrived, but not on time.
5: What did not arrive and why?
We received goggles but we never receive any surgical gown. We had been told they would be delivered to us 8-10 days once we had done the delivery payment, we did payment for delivery on 16/07/2020 £4082.83 but we never receive the items.
5: Where we are now after how long a time of waiting for money.
Imran kept telling us that they give back the Surgical Gown to the factory and waiting for them to transfer us the payment since last 4/08/2020.
