Plz contakt me for ful details. Got solar in 2015 but it stopd workin gud in 2020. Supposd to hav 10 yr warranty but now we hav a problem. Found out the roof got damagd by the system so we had to take it off, fix the roof, and put it back on in Jan 2021. But now it's not workin at all and we've contactd them a bunch of times but no fix yet.

Harvest Power put in two sets of panels for two buildings in 2018. The first building was registered with the electric company, but the second building wasn't done until February . That's two years of electric paid when it shouldn't have been. I just got a $900 electric bill for August, and after talking to the electric company, they said my panels ain't producing solar energy. I'm paying for solar panels and electric. I've tried to contact the company a few times, leaving messages and sending emails with no response. The company's actions have been unprofessional and unreliable. The salesman was pushy and quick to sign, but the responses ain't that way. I need a service call, but there's no one to contact.

I met with a salesperson from Harvest Power LLC in 2018 to talk about getting a solar system. I asked if it would cover my electric bill completely and she said yes, even though other companies said it would only cover 80%. I was promised 11,000 kw/year, but the system doesn't cover all my consumption and I only get 10,000 kw/year. I feel like I was promised too much and paid for something I didn't get. I tried calling customer service and managers over 40 times, but no one responded. Eventually, a sales manager offered me additional panels at a discount, but then said it was a mistake and couldn't do it. They're trying to make a new deal instead of fixing my problem.

I contacted Harvest Power on August 11th because I got a $250 electric bill. I made an appointment, but nobody showed up. I emailed the person several times, but got no response. I tried another email on October 17th, but still no response. I emailed again on October 24th and finally got a response on October 27th. I sent a picture of the inside of our combiner box on October 29th that had a red light indicating something wasn't right with the system. We also told them through emails that a particular panel had not been working since the installation, almost 3 years. On November 4th, I emailed again indicating I had not gotten a response and got a response from ***. He said "Enphase has noted the software update had no bearing on the microinverters production, and has approved a replacement, according to their information on your case, its already been shipped out to us." We voiced our frustration and *** escalated the situation to a supervisor on November 4th. On Wednesday November 9th we received an email from *** stating he was in the field and would review it on Monday November 14th. On December 2nd I emailed *** again citing the lack of responses. He responded saying it was entirely his responsibility and he apologizes. He sent another email I did not get, but was forwarded to me from ***. In this email he essentially said everything was fine on their end, they can install a new microinverter next week. No response about the faulty panel. They said this unit would produce 105% of the electricity needed. I received almost $750 in additional electric bills that I had to pay in addition to the solar payment. Our house has IMPROVED energy use with all LED lights, energy efficient appliances, new siding, insulation and windows.
