Rude classless trash! Just a terrible experience that i wouldn't wish on anyone. They rescheduled my 8am-12pm appointment to 3:30pm-6pm without notifying me. They said they did but there were no phone record or voice mail. So that was a blatant lie. When I called to voice my frustration the receptionist was ruder than rude and annoyed that I was even asking questions. I had to ask for a supervisor over 5 times before I was transferred someone else who was supposed to be a supervisor. They NEVER even showed up. When I called back the next day to find out what happened the same rude receptionist told me that she cancelled my appointment because I was rude. Holy crap. Really? Anyway I just cost them their contract with Frigidaire. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS OF ANY SORT WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. Read all reviews. The worst of the worst.
