Haran Plant Ltd review: kubota m128gx tractor

We bought the above tractor reg number mx66 uyt with only 150hrs of use. The tractor has created a break issue with only 250hrs and is unsafe to use. The original dealer that the machine was bought from no longer holds a Kubota dealership (bob wild machinery) so on the 20th of may we booked the tractor in with another dealer. Farm star ltd of Doncaster.
It has taken them till the 3rd July to send a fitter out and look at it? The problem was not resolved and I was told they would send another fitter. It's now the 6th of July and no further contact from your dealer. I have a string of emails to back all of this up.
To find the Kubota back up being so poor with no offer of a replacement machine is appalling to say the least and going forward I can say will be the last time we invest in one! And anybody who asks my opinion on a Kubota tractor will get the same feed back as we don't have this problem with our local John Deere dealer.
