Handyman Caravan review: Dryer repair. 1

Hello, I had asked for your tech to fix my gas dryer which was not drying clothed.

I agreed to the $80 non refundable diagnostic fee, and when the tech came he found fault with the 'thermal cutoff' near the blower.

He said that to replace this part, including installation, it would cost me $90. I agreed to go along with what he'd suggested!

When I inquired further as to what nade him think that the problem was due to this particular part, he stated that he checked it with his voltmeter! And he guaranteed that the machine will not have a problem!

Next day, the machine did not work. So I texted him and called the company number! They told me that they will send him back again to look at the issue.

This time he again opened the dryer and said that there were 2 more parts that need to be removed! I asked if they were broken and which he replied that they were weak but not burnt. I have already paid him $203.00 yet the problem wasn't resolved.

I am not satisfied with this job and I am asking that my money be refunded at the earliest
