As indicated above I became a life time member of Handyman club of America club 04/98. it was stated in the original information I would receive magazines and tools to try out and return to them, an evaluation of the tools. I believe I got one magazine but never have I gotten any tools to evaluate.
I have no idea what has happened to the so called club, but I do know they never followed through with any tools to evaluate.
I've never been involved in a club like this that didn't follow through on their promises and I'm upset that a company can establish a club that has no plan to follow through on promises made.
If nothing else I believe the company should provide some type of monetary payment to the many people that joined their worthless club.

Desired outcome: Either send tools as promised or send a monetary payment to the individuals that joined this club, as payment for believing in a company that had no plans to carry out their end of the bargain.
