Hallmark Specialty review: Insurance claims

This trifling insurance is all about their top dollar. Kevin, Kelly and Cathy actually believe it's their own money. The clown that hit my car is MIA. The car dealership that OWNS the car says they do not have a car by this driver. But he was driving and got the ticket. VIN, and pertinent information was mentioned on the police report. This makes the police seems incompetent. So my accident was on 12/8/2022 and today is 1/6/2023. Kevin brushed me off, threw water up and told me it was rain!
