I purchased a hair online! About a week ago until today no a single information of where is my product or when it going to be delivered

I sent several emails to this scam company no one replied
They have to shipped track number
Whatever after u place a order, they claim to go online in personal track order, but after u go into ur account online there’s no a single invoice or info of purchase

Claimed loss: I need my order shipped details track number that works! If they don’t have I need my money back
