H10 White Suites Lanzerote review: Accident due to bad lighting

Hi,

I am writing this complaint as I booked with ON the Beach to stay at H10 White Suites Lanzarote. From the 28th November to 5th December.

When we arrived on the 28th around 5.30pm we decided to upgrade to pool view so we where shown a room 212 which we had to come outside of the hotel and walk around the back of the hotel to access our room.

On the way back to are room I fell outside over a kerb which was a small ramp which through poor lighting outside the Hotel I never saw my husband tried to save me and also fell.

We ended up in an ambulance to Lanzarote Hospital.

My husband had cut his head open and due to being on blood thinning medication.

Had to have treatment and observation for 6 hours.

I fractured my nose.

As you can imagine we both were in a awful mess.

We arrived back at the Hotel the next morning and decided to go home to ensure that if we did need any other medical help we could access it .

Also due to our injuries we did not feel well enough to be there.

No one from the Hotel asked how we where.

We booked out on Thursday 30th in the morning and returned home.

I have looked for an address to contact White Suites to complain as feel they could have helped a little in this bad situation.
