GWM Bloemfontein review: Haval H2

I bought a Haval H2 2de hand where the 2de &3de gear are scratching when you drive. The manager of Bfn GWM told me that all Haval H2 vehicles are like that and there are not much that they can do.
I just want you to confirm that this is the problem with all Haval H2 vehicles please. The aircon button and air vent button are fualty I did took it for repairs but still give problems. I want assistance in this matter as u dont want to buy a broken vehicle that I am going to pay for 6 years please.
