no update on [protected] order
I ordered a file 8000 9mm, they immediately took my money from my credit card. T he next day got an email stating order will ship in 2 to 3 days, they will proliferating number. Checked every day, no tracking number. Emailed 4 Times, called at least 10 times. Phone just rings and finally disconnects me. Looked them up online to see if anyone else had issues. Found dozens. Called my bank, disputed the charge as a fraud/ scam. Emailed them again to cancel order, still no contact.

I ordered an item on 4-18-12, they stated it was shipped on 2 days later, when I asked for a tracking number they told me it was out of stock. 2 days later the website listed the item would ship in 2-3 weeks. I wrote asking if they had any more details. They didn't tell me anything. I wrote the manufacturer of the item, they told me it was on a boat from india and would arrive June 24th and that gunsandswords.com was not someone they sold to. I repeatedly asked them what they were going to do in order to make this right. They never offered any choice other than canceling the order. I canceled the order on 5-22-12. The same day I ordered the item from another supplier, only 68 cents more, it will arrive 5-25-12.

these people are not to be trusted
Ordered an item that appeared in stock on their website. I was given the runaround for 2 months. I received comments such as "it is coming in next week", it will be here in 4weeks", "the item got stuck in customs". VERY frustrating as they charge before they ship! I couldn't take it anymore and after 8 weeks requested that they cancel the order and refund my payment immediately. Then it was another several days before they would send my refund (which they did via PayPal...not sure why my original form of payment was not credited). The item I ordered continued to show "IN stock" throughout my ordeal and to this day still shows as "in stock". These people are not to be trusted.

I order a item and thay took the money but I have yet to receive my item .. I am very tempted to think its a scam...Thay provided these phone numbers and ways to track items but none of them work ...I can't get my money back because thay have not provided a way to ..So What do i do
Ordered a sword from them and the only email i have gotten back from them was stating that they took my payment this has been going on 3 months and have been sending emails almost everyday. got one post on facebook that said they would get customer service to contact me and kept up with sending my emails and still have only gotten the one email back. its an instock item as well 1-2 weeks to deliver they say. 3 months later still just waiting for any sort of response at all.
Awful. I placed an order for two items. After 2 weeks of waiting I decided to email about the items. They said they had no record of my order which had already cleared through my credit card. Three days later I get an email saying the order shipped, I got one item 6 days later, I emailed again asking where the other would be, they said it was canceled and refunded. Then asking them to send my a return label so I can send back the one item I got "being as I can't use one without the other" I got the cold shoulder and no response. These people are horrible business people and have no idea how to run a shopping website.
