Bought a lift chair recliner from Hank's Furniture on 11/12/20 along with a warranty plan on furniture good until 11/12/2025. It is for cleaning any stains, etc.
I sent all requested information that included photos of furniture, receipt for furniture & receipt for purchase of warranty, but I cannot get this company to do anything. You cannot check claim online or get in touch with anyone. You get a recording & hold for hours. Worthless company.
