Guaranteed Rate review: Mortgage closing & property switch

On 9/22/26 property was listed as 1.5 acres throughout the whole process after closing the property listing was changed to 1 acres. The property is in Williston SC. Guarantee Rate say they are no different in the prices of 1.5 acres and 1 acres. The property according to the Va was appraisal was for 1.5 acres. The Loan was written for 1.5 acres. The problem is if loan was written for 1.5 acres and property is 1 acres the loan is inflated. The customer service is rude after closing Guarantee rate is hard to contact. I talk to the appraisal person never visit the property. The appraisal was based on the listing of 1.5. Now I got hire a real estate lawyer. Don't use Guarantee Rate if you do have a lawyers on speed dial.
