If you're considering the purchase of any heat pump through Alibaba, or even if you're just trying to get a feel for air-to-water heat pumps, then you might find this review useful. In case you're not interested in the details, here's a very short version: I purchased one of these units, wasted months in back and forth with sales rep trying to get the vendor to advise a solution. Finally gave up on them and repaired the unit myself. Recovered over 4 kg of refrigerant, recharged with the specified 2.4kg and all problems were solved. Seller refused to compensate, therefore I recommend that prospective purchasers seek more competent vendors with genuine tech support.
