This company, Guangzhou Chuanbo Information Technology Co., Ltd., are fraudsters operating on Alibaba, AliExpress, and Made-in-China. They have good reviews only because of the way Alibaba’s platform works. Alibaba protects them as scammers.
Here’s why: they only protect payments made through Alibaba’s Trade Insurance. If a payment is made outside Alibaba’s system — as in my case, via bank transfer through FIFT — you cannot leave a review, you cannot request a refund, and you are left alone with the scammer. Sellers who maintain their reputation work properly only through Alibaba Trade Insurance. When you pay outside this system, you deal with real fraud.
In my case, they first sent equipment that does not match the order. I ordered a certified 110V machine for Canada, but they sent me 220V equipment. In addition, they instructed me in chat to download and print a Canadian certification logo myself or to attach some kind of certificate label to the machine. They even admitted in the chat that they have done this many times before for other clients, creating fake certification labels.
In short, this company forges certifications, and as a buyer outside Alibaba Trade Insurance, I cannot recover my money or take action. This company is a scam, and it is strongly advised not to deal with them.

Recommendation: Stay far away from them. I have never encountered such unpleasant scammers who treat you like a fool. You will simply lose your money with them.
