GST review: Poor customer support

We, Vpe healthcare took SMS service from SMS fresh on 18-07-2022 paying Rs 8000/-.

After that they didnt send GST bill. If we try with the numbers who were speaking to us before payment, now they stopped lifting the call or blocking us. We sent a mail, but no response.

It seems to be fradualant company, cheat the customers by offering lowest prices and never provide services once payment is done,

Be careful in choosing this company' sms services...
